REFUND POLICY – 

We can issue a refund only if there is any unavoidable issues due to which we have to cancel the event, competition, Art Award and we can’t help to resolve the matter.

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situation –

  1. The participant can’t claim a refund once He/ She had submitted their Details & artworks.

  2. If we find any unfair malpractices like fake age proof, stolen artwork, etc. Then will disqualify that particular participant without prior notice. And disqualified participant can’t claim a refund.+

  3. Gold Trophy, Gold Medals & Silver Medals Prizes in contest/Award is not real gold or real silver, it is made with ordinary metal, hence participants can’t claim a refund if He/ She is not satisfied.

  4. The participant can’t claim a refund if He/ She does not agree with the judgment made by our judges.

  • Each Entry will be judged on the criteria set by SRMS Foundation, any entry that includes obscenities, objectionable material, defames or invades the publicity or privacy rights of SRMS Foundation, will be disqualified.

  • Entry Fees once deposited is Non-Refundable

  • If you want to transfer the application before Last Date than fees can be adjusted to third person after deduction of 20%, you have paid.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

  • SRMS Foundation has full right to change Date & Venue

  • Each Candidate unconditionally assigns and transfers all rights of their work & Photo of Candidate, building or/& organization to SRMS Foundation, to appear in promotional and/or commercial material or in marketing as well as to reproduce it, in whole or in part, without any compensation or additional consent from participant.

  • Gold Trophy, Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals Prizes in contest/Award is not real gold or real silver or not real Bronze, it is made with ordinary metal, hence participants can’t claim a refund if He/ She is not satisfied.

Meditation Retreat

  • The retreat center reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its sole discretion.

  • The retreat center reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund for violations of these terms or any misconduct.

Code of Conduct

  • Members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards other members, staff, and facilities.

  • Any abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate termination of membership.

  • Members participate in all activities at their own risk.

  • The retreat center is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained on its premises or during its programs.

  • Personal information collected during membership registration will be handled in accordance with the retreat center’s Privacy Policy.

  • The retreat center reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.

  • ​Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh Jurisdiction.

  • Members participate in all activities at their own risk.

  • 15 years membership is fixed to Each member who have applied for LifeTime Membership 

  • Entry Fees or donation once deposited is Non-Refundable

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

  • SRMS Foundation has full right to dismiss or cancel their Membership if you are found in any violation or misbehave inside the Prabhuji Shakti Dham Meditation Retreat.
